We are looking for dedicated individuals who excel in both English and German, have strong computer skills and are ready to make a difference. Full time or part time – we offer flexibility and the opportunity to telework part time.

Main duties:

• Coordination of emergency assistance for commercial vehicle operators
• Communicate effectively with customers and service providers in German and English
• Efficient use of Microsoft Office and search engines for case processing and resolution
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining calm and efficiency under pressure

Requirements:

• Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong search engine skills
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, stress resistance and the ability to improvise in challenging situations
